Dream our Passions, Live our Dreams

At Azure, we love to think, talk, and go to sleep reflecting on the things we’re excited about: We love to dream about our passions!

As we start to take steps toward those dreams, it’s surprising how fast we begin living the things we were passionately dreaming about not so long before. That makes life more and more exciting!

Contemplating and analyzing what we’re really passionate about in life is a crucial exercise each of us should do regularly. This is the first step toward living our dream, for how can we get somewhere if we don’t know where we are going? Having a dream gives us opportunity to be passionate about something.

The saying “energy flows where attention goes” is another way of saying this Core Value. We all know that everything is made up of energy, and when it’s flowing, things happen. We want to direct this energy with purpose. Purpose is what makes us want to get out of bed in the morning and feel excited about working our dream.

At Azure, our dreams have purpose. From providing our families with Healthy and Abundant Life, to making someone’s day special, to inspiring a more efficient way of servicing our customers, to changing the world into a better place. But all these awesome dreams just stay dreams until we begin living them.

The second part of this Core Value is where our dreams become reality. Living our dreams doesn’t just fall in our lap. To live is an action word! We must put feet to our dreams. We make an action plan, goals, waypoints and timelines. We keep placing one step in front of the other until we are truly living fully the vision we dreamed about.
