Learning and innovation are what have made it possible for us to implement the many stages of growth necessary to bring Azure where it’s at today

From the first steps of learning about health and converting the farm to organics back in the 1960s and ‘70s, to developing markets, establishing delivery routes, and building networks of food buying clubs in the 1980s and ‘90s…. this Core Value enabled us to handle the fast growth as a debt-free, family-owned business, up to the present day.
When individuals or companies quit learning, they stop making history and become history. Continuous learning is a key to a happier more fulfilled life. As we expand our knowledge, we see a bigger picture, and our abilities and opportunities all grow to match our greater vision. But learning and innovation require stepping outside of our comfort zones, taking risks, and being willing to change from the way things have always been done. This can be hard and daunting, but as a Team we encourage one another through the challenge by embracing this Core Value.
In the future, the Azure Team will continue to put even greater emphasis on the value of learning and innovation as we drive the industry to support more abundant life by developing:

- Advanced logistics in supporting and delivering local organic food and products to additional markets.
- Marketing support for thousands of independent and family-owned manufacturers and producers.
- Bring non-product bias to help with all manner of health subjects.
- Train and network with new entrepreneurs.
- Help growers produce nutrient-dense food.
