As an Azure customer, you can join multiple drop locations to suit your travel plans, which means you can order during your trip, too! To be sure that your order’s delivery dates coincide with your trip itinerary, you can follow the steps listed below.

If you’re not already familiar with ordering from Azure, you’ll want to read our blog posts, Ordering Information and Our Order Fulfillment System: How (and Why) it Works. Here you can learn more about ordering and joining a drop location. With our unique delivery method, we put our customers first—shipping is either free or a flat-rate shipping charge is applied, depending on your location, making this option more economically friendly than standard shipping methods. Now, all you have to do is order your food and join a drop location!

Steps for Ordering from Azure Before and During Your Trip:

~1. Join a drop location (or several!)

To find and join a drop location, you can use our Community Drop Locator, where you’ll discover over 3,500+ drop locations all over the United States, or give us a call at 971-200-8350, and we’ll help you locate the closest drop to you. Additionally, every month we add more drop locations by request, so if you’re looking to start a drop near you, you can reach out to us by filling out our request form. You can also find more information about starting your own drop location here. If you want to order from Azure during your trip, you’ll want to find a drop location near where you settle down for a few days—ordering while on the road is also a great way to meet new people and make a community while traveling!

~2. Connect with the drop coordinator

After finding a drop location near where you’ll be vacationing, you’ll want to connect with the drop coordinator of that location to determine the pick-up date and time. You can find the coordinator’s contact information, including their name and phone number, by clicking on the specific drop location. Drop coordinators will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the details of the drop location and time. Please keep in mind that some drops occur every week, while others follow a four-week cycle.

~3. Place an order

You can place an order of any size or quantity in whatever way is most convenient for you: online, over the phone, by fax, or by mail. Remember to leave yourself enough time before your trip to place your order(s).
