Growing up with a severe egg allergy wasn’t easy, especially as a child when I couldn’t eat what everyone else was enjoying. I’m sure many others with food allergies can relate. But instead of letting my allergy hold me back, it inspired me to learn how to cook and bake—recreating my favorite dishes and even trying meals I had never been able to eat before.
As an avid traveler, I love exploring different cuisines. While I can’t always enjoy local dishes the traditional way, my passion lies in adapting them into allergy-friendly versions that everyone can enjoy.
