Build Relationships, Forgive & Embrace the Moment
Everything we do at Azure is about relationships – with our soil and plants, with family and team, with vendors and customers.

Progress and even survival depend on how nurtured our relationships are. Just as a bundle of sticks is many times stronger than a single, so are we when we build healthy relationships.
Relationships emerge when trust and common interests are shared. Without those two things, relationship will not happen. We may share common goals and dreams with another, but if we don’t trust one another, we will work toward them alone. Also, you may trust someone with your life, but if you don’t share common interests, you will not do things together.
At Azure, we keenly focus on building trust with each other, our vendors, and our customers while we share our common interests. This way, healthy, long-term relationships are created and nurtured.
In business, it is proven time and again that trust is the number one factor that makes people do business with – or buy from – a company. It is a more important factor than price, quality, or service. This is what has made Azure grow; our customers trust us. They know we are real people who do our best to live what we advocate. Although we try to have the best service and quality, along with affordable pricing, it is the relationship that trust builds that has made Azure successful.
We all realize that none of us deserves trust 100% of the time. We all make mistakes and do things that break down relationships, intentionally or not. That is where the second part of Core Value #3 comes in: Forgive and Embrace the Moment. This important universal principle was designed to be used in relationships, as it is the only way to keep healthy relationship from breaking down. To forgive and seek forgiveness actually builds relationships stronger than they were before. By asking forgiveness, we make ourselves vulnerable – removing our protective layers and admitting we are not that perfect image we all like to portray. This act tells another that we trust them still, even after we’ve betrayed their trust however little or big. When we are forgiven, a much stronger relationship is forged.
Forgiveness is not easy, that is why we need to Embrace the Moment. To do that, we shut out our brain chatter that’s telling us about all the wrong things that were done and could be done in the future. We say, “Today is a new day. Let’s not project the past into our future. Let’s learn from the past and move forward stronger for it!” This gives each of us opportunity to grow into something better, something amazing!
Azure is about building bigger and broader Relationships with individuals, communities and globally. By Forgiving and Embracing the Moment, we make a path for endless future possibilities.
