Asking me to pick my favorite Azure product is like asking me to pick which of my children is my favorite. I love them all equally. I combed through my Azure favorites list wondering how I could possibly choose which product I love more than all the others. Deciding that I couldn’t possibly choose just one, I’ve settled on two. Yes, I know, I’m a rule breaker! I’ve never been very good at following the rules. Two of my favorite products are the Azure Market Organics Unbleached Ultra-Unifine Bread Flour
and Unbleached Ultra-Unifine Pastry Flour. I come from a long line of bakers and hands down, these are the best flours I have ever used.
