Hello! My name is Madison. I am the 4th generation in my family to be raised in Dufur, Oregon. From the age of 5 to 18, my fondest memories growing up in Dufur are all the years I spent raising 4-H and FFA animals for the Wasco County Fair. I spent countless hours in the kitchen doing table settings and food preparation projects for fair as well as photography projects. Even before I could walk my summers were spent at the fairgrounds with my older siblings and parents who also grew up raising animals for the Wasco County Fair.
Photography is a huge passion of mine. Not having many photos of me as a child has naturally made me love capturing every important moment in life. I excelled in livestock judging contests through FFA as a teen and have continued on the tradition of my families love for all things animals and farm life with my daughter Paislee! These days on our little farm we have a mini pony named Patches, a poodle shih tzu named Pancho and a big beautiful garden supplied by Ellie's Eden plant starts.
I feel incredibly blessed to be able to learn and continue my love for marketing / photography here at Azure. Currently my time here is spent in Product Information setting up our monthly new products and sharing recipes and homesteading blog posts with our customers.
A favorite quote I always think about from my childhood came from my parents and I wholeheartedly believe this is true when it comes to working at Azure with other likeminded people.
